Modern Styled newly renovated one level ranch home is perfect for group trips NO PARTIES the police will be called if your planning parties or romantic Redrock getaways located 12 miles to lower lot park from driveway. 2 bedrooms with Cali king and queen size beds, satin sheets and down comforters for each, plenty of extra bedding available. Office with desk printer and including a round flip-out sofa bed apx little smaller length wise to a queen size mattress, that could be considered a 3rd bedroom. House is equip with other available sleeping accommodations in the sitting room which has a large comfy white couch and love sac, which is basically a huge oversized and stuffed round bean bag but containing temperpedic stuffing, also blow up mattress available & two full bathrooms, one with a jetted tub the other is a large tub both with showers also. New contemporary furniture in living room with built in wall speakers, leather couch and concrete table. Dinnett with four person high top table and chairs and 3 barstools surrounding kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with new LG stainless appliances including two ovens and fully stocked with air fryer, kuregi coffee maker and k- cups, grinder, pots, pans mixing bowls, Tupperware, crystal stemware,steak knifes. Laundry room and detergent Gas Grill on back patio. Driveway or 1 car garage parking, safe highly desired neighborhood. Surrounded by all amenities: food, movies, mall, highway & mountain access , workout facilities & groceries within a mile. Basement is locked and not accessible it's unfinished and used as storage.

Summary: Went up to red rocks to see our favorite band slightly stoopid and this place was perfect! Thanks to the great host who was very communicative and friendly!

Summary: We reached out to the owner about an early check in. She told us the current guests were checking out at noon and it would about 2 hours to clean once the cleaners arrived.. she texted us later that afternoon and said the guest left and she would let us know when we could get in. It was close to our 4pm check in and we reached out about the check in time. She apologized but the cleaners were waiting for someone to bring them Windex….(what cleaning company doesn’t have windex or an alternative). When we arrived at the house and it had not been cleaned. This is a dog friendly home, but the dog bowls still had water in them with, along with water all over the floor. There was old food in the refrigerator & bags from previous guest left on the kitchen counter. The trash was still in the trash can. There are 2 bedrooms, not 4! Master has king bed with master bath. Master bath had hair on & in both sinks, the bathtub and shower had not been cleaned and was still wet. The other bedroom was a queen with a tv, closet and full bath in the hall. The office (Bedroom 3) was in the hall with French glass doors and a pullout sofa. There was a “den” (Bedroom 4) with a couch (not a pullout couch and looked like it would have been a dining room) and the “living room” had another couch (not a pullout) in the adjoining room… The remotes in the home didn’t work for any tv in the house. There was no information on Wifi or instructions in the house to use anything in the home (tv, fireplace, speakers, grill, etc.) We addressed the problems with the owner and she stated to us she hired a new cleaning service and this was their 1st time cleaning the home…. I hope she is close by or has a friend to double check the cleaning before the next guests come in.
