Summary: This was an excellent experience. The living space is very comfortable, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a fairly short walk to the light rail system and good access to the Capital Hill Neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to all of our inquiries.

Summary: We booked this townhome in Seattle after a long backpacking trip in Olympic National Park. Super comfortable for 5 adults! The layout was great, the bedrooms are on separate floors from the living area so some could sleep in while others had breakfast or worked remotely at the desk in the living room. The two and a half baths made getting ready for the day quick and easy. The beds and rooms were very comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the home. Great location on a residential street while being very walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Never felt unsafe. We didn't have a car, and it was just a quick and convenient ride to many different neighborhoods of Seattle. We did get a quick knock on the wall from the neighbors the first night we got there (we were talking and laughing loudly in the kitchen, and it was after 10 PM on a weeknight, so definitely warranted on their part) so if you're looking to get rowdy, this is not the right fit! But it was a perfect home base for us to explore Seattle and rest from our trek. (And we were more considerate about our volume after that!) Baurjan was a great host, quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating during check out. Overall, would definitely return to this stay and would recommend to a friend!

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this townhome. It was comfortable, clean and ideally located. We were a couple of miles from all the major tourist attractions and less than a mile from Pike street where all the fun bars, restaurants and shops were located (including the Starbucks reserve). We enjoyed staying in a non-touristy area. Public transport was easy, even with two teens in tow. Less than a block away was Safeway which made it so convenient to cook our own meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The three levels were great to let the teens sleep in. Highly recommend this townhome!

Summary: Everything about this property was better than expected. The location is ver convenient and within easy walking distance to beautiful neighborhoods, some excellent restaurants and supermarket. Parking was essential as street parking is difficult to find. The unit was perfectly laid out for four adults and extremely clean and well equipped. We could not have asked for better! Thank you!!
