With an open floor plan, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a giant pool & attached 8-person spa, this home is an excellent choice for family gatherings, friend get-togethers, and relaxing staycations. Nested in a quiet neighborhood just 10 miles from downtown, uptown, both Dallas airports, with easy access to 635, 75, Addison, Park Lane Mall, the Galleria, and many more attractions, this fully remodeled estate is a hidden oasis in a city full of life!
The space
Large and modern, this home was made for entertaining. You will enter into an open living area that features 2 living spaces, including a sunroom overlooking the sparkling pool, a large bar, and a dining room that just begs for a classy dinner. While the kitchen is fully stocked and features another seating area, it is the back yard that truly shines! With a giant heated pool, 8-person spa (both beautifully lit at night), a fire pit, 2 comfortable seating areas, string lights, 4 loungers, TV, games, and even a diving board – this back yard was made for good ole Texas fun. Come unwind and experience this garden of Eden.
5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms make this home perfect for large groups. With 6 individual beds, 2 queen air mattresses, and several couches, we comfortably sleep up to 16 people. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, stocked with fresh linens, towels, memory foam mattresses, and smart TVs. The large master features a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub (yes, you can watch TV there too). Not to mention 2 vanities and large mirrors for all the girls to get ready together while sipping champagne. The “yellow bedroom” serves as a second master, with its own bathroom and a retro-modern MCM vibe.
Modern art, chrome & brass, velvet & little touches of luxury make this place a mecca for sophisticated adults who wish to lounge in style. We provide amenities such as games, high-speed WiFi, an office area with a printer and a giant 49” curved monitor, a fireplace, Alexa, massager, outdoor BBQ & smoker, and even a photo-friendly green backdrop. You will not lack for anything at this residential resort!
Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy with the only exceptions being the garage and 1 closet (locked for owner storage). Door code will be provided the day of your arrival. We have plenty of free parking - room for up to 6 cars in the back and more street parking up front. We do not permit parties or events (unless prior arrangements are made) but we have room to accommodate reasonable groups such as family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and work retreats!
Other things to note
The pool can be heated; guests must make prior arrangements to heat the pool at least 2 days in advance (it is a large pool and requires some time). There is an extra fee to heat the pool (cost varies per season, please inquire) with a 2 day minimum. The spa is free to heat.

Summary: The home can use a deep clean but overall it was clean and ready for us. Biggest issue was the pool area. Several places have tile that is broken or missing. The landscape needs attention with a lot of weeds. Grill and smoker were unusable because they had not been cleaned in quite some time. Also lots of leafs and dirt on the patio and outdoor furniture. It didn’t appear that the outside was prepped for our stay. This may be because it is early in the pool season. Communication with the owner was great before we arrived. But she missed my message on the day we arrived. Nothing vital but not expected.

Summary: This was perfect for us and our team! Spacious, great beds, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking! We really looked forward to spent some time outside but it rained our whole trip. But beautiful backyard!

Summary: I booked this house for me and my friends to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Check-in was smooth. As I walked around to see the house before all guest arrived i noticed a dirty towel on the floor in one of the bathrooms. The pool was also very dirty. I reached out to the host and she came right over and addressed the issues. Problem 3: Once guests arrived and got settled we tried to watch some television and no shows were about to come in due to poor wifi. I reached out once again to the host who said to reset the modem and it might fix the problem, which it didn’t at that moment. I explained to her that we really need the wifi to be working due to a guest having a podcast interview. She explains about the modem and if we pretty much didn’t like the house we could leave. We just wanted what was publicized on her VRBO add for the house. Problem 4: 1st night and the next day (morning) we didnt have hot water. Host was very rude and never wanted to take Accountability for her house not being up to par. When trying to explain to her our frustration and how inconvenienced we have been she tried to seem as if we were attacking her and told her that we should leave. We all came from out of state. Backyard had so many overgrown weeds and shrubs. The pool tiles were broken and you can tell they were very old. Pool water didnt filter very well. Woke up to about a foot of water out of the hot tub. Patio door handle broke off because of an old screw. This was an Unpleasant stay.

Summary: The property was clean and the owner was responsive to questions. The rooms were comfortable and the location was close to the city. We used the pool quite a bit. The outside could use some attention. Tiles were falling off the pool and the landscaping was overgrown. All in all, we had a good trip.

Summary: The location was perfect for us. Three generations met to celebrate the 30th birthday of son. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. The spa needs some repairs and, I think because we were very early in the season, the pool needed to be cleaned. We had a couple other minor issues like a stopped shower drain, but the host was very responsive and my husband was able to unstop the drain so all was well. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely go back.
