Summary: Minutes from BQN airport, we used this place as the starting point for our Puerto Rico stay. Located on a former Air Force base, we had access to beaches, a golf course, a casino (Mariott), and easy pickup and drop off of friends and family at the Borinquen airport. The "house" is spacious and located next to the community pool. easy steps from the back door. Gated and secure location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Having been stationed at Ramey AFB and later living in Aguadilla we were looking forward to revisiting the area. The location is centrally located to visit the west end of the island and the locations we used to visit in the past. Improvements to the unit would include a detailed loose leaf book listing how to use the television, how to use the fan and air conditioning remotes as well as spots/beaches to visit in the area. Also, on the last day we could have used directions as what to do with the trash, towels and bedding. We found only three beach towels and four adults were in the unit. And the TP is thinner than thin! The swimming pool and gazebo and its close location to the unit were greatly appreciated and frequently used. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent it again!
