Summary: I loved the location of this home. It is blocks from the beautiful Duke mansion - (you can self tour the gardens and we did just that). Also close to several Charlotte restaurants and shops. The home was clean and perfect for 3 days with an old friend. We will be staying again.

Summary: This is a wonderful house. It is an older home in a great neighborhood. Our only issue was a mildew odor. We placed air fresheners throughout the house. That helped somewhat. We would definitely go back.
