Custom Renovated Home inspired by modern industrial style and some splashs of blue!
Please note that we have a minimum booking night of 2 nights.

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and just a street away from tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment in central Carrollton.
10 minutes to 4 major highways.
18 minutes to DFW International Airport.

Perfect for a family trip, work trip, extra family for holidays, vacation stays or special events!
This home is a newly renovated Loft style townhouse with high ceiling and two floors. We have a king bed in master bedroom upstairs and a double queen bunk bed in guest bedroom downstairs. Both rooms have private bathroom attached to them. We also have a futon couch in the living area which can turn into a twin bed.
We poured a lot of thoughts and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Bedroom - Each bed has new waterproof mattress protector, bedding sets and fluffy pillows.
Bathroom - New toilet seats; 100 % cotton hand towels, wash towels and shower towels. All of the shower heads are updated to Waterpik handheld massage shower heads with adjustable water pressure. We chose TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX.
TV in the living room - Sharp 4k Ruku TV with complimentary Hulu account. Or you may log into your own account for other streaming services.
Board games - We tried to include all the board games we enjoy playing.
Kitchen - Has a full set of knives, dishes, mugs and condiments. Starbucks Coffee beans with coffee grinder too!

Summary: The location was perfectly between 2 places we needed to be. It was stocked with everything you could need and was very comfortable. One of the cutest rentals we've ever had! 10/10 would stay again!

Summary: The place was clean. But the neighborhood was not the greatest and the place was not very cozy. The couch was hard, there was no cable tv- just a roku that had a code, and there was no outside space to enjoy. It was not very comfortable to hang out with 4 adults as the couch only had room for 2 seats. The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean. But the towels were very thin and did not dry well- so we had to keep using the dryer to get our stuff dry in between showers. Rachel answered quickly and fixed all of our issues. The garbage disposal was broken when we got there and they had it fixed that night.

Summary: This place was phenomenal. Was like coming home. Literally transported from boring Carrollton to eclectic charm and modern relaxation. My wife and I loved this spot. We will return :)
