This completely remodeled, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, 1 living room, 1 game room with Pool Table/ Pingpong/ Air Hockey is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

Guests can park 3 cars in front of the house and 4 in the driveway.

We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent to you. Guests have access to the entire house except the garage we currently use as a garage.
Super quite neighborhood, Conveniently located, close to dining and shopping, 2 major highway nearby. DFW international airport, Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine Mills Mall and Great Wolf Lodge water park are within 15 miles, Rangers and Cowboys stadiums, six flags and hurricane harbor are within 30 miles.
It is best to get around by car.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.

Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply.
***Trash day is every Monday morning, please place trash cans in front of house on Sunday evening.

Summary: Judy was extremely communicative and responsive by email and text. The house is a great place to stay if you have things to do in that area. House sleeps 14 if you count pairs sleeping in the beds above the two twins; We had most of us that were not couples, but we were able to make it work pretty well with the 11 we had there. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would stay again without any issue.

Summary: This property location was great for us. The house had plenty of room for me, my sister and my 2 grandsons. They loved the game room! There was a small issue with getting into the house, which was quickly resolved by the host. Communication was quick and easy. We had plenty of space in bedrooms, dining and gathering areas. Minor issue with the cleaning company. The host said she would address. I would definitely stay here again.
