Summary: We were planning a girls trip for cousins that hadn’t all visited in years and needed a place somewhat in the middle. The house was tucked in on the edge of the lake with a beautiful view. It was clean, very well stocked with everything we needed to cook in and snack while we caught up and shared old stories. It was very comfortable and exactly what we needed to sit around, play games, tell stories, and laugh!

Summary: Stayed 3 Days Overall property itself was top notch Beautiful Home, great view, nicely furnished However some of my negative review is based on the fact there was construction including dump trucks , skid steers with reverse beeping , and concrete trucks from 7:30-4:30 each day i was there directly across the street I didn’t plan for weeks and choose to spend some vacation listening to that With ( Evolve ) now adding fees to bookings including a damage waiver what does the customer get to hold Evolve, VRBO , and the property owner responsible with. Someone should have let me know prior to booking that there is ongoing construction that could disrupt a quiet stay. I’m not sure who would select to vacation in the middle of a construction site There should have been some flat out honestly and transparency on this
