Centrally located in the Bellevue suburb of Seattle, our home is 2 miles from the Redmond Microsoft campus and 3.5 miles from downtown Bellevue. Fully furnished and equipped to serve up to 10 guests for both short and long stays. Central heat and air conditioning are complemented by heated floors in all three baths, creating a high level of comfort and warmth.
Ideal place for one large family or two families, one per each level.
The space
On upper level there is one master bedroom (king) with its own bath, and two other bedrooms (double) which share the hallway bath.
On lower level, there are two large bedrooms, one has a double and the other a king bed. The two lower bedrooms are connected by a door, making this an ideal space for families traveling with children. Access to the lower bath is from the smaller bedroom and also through the laundry. Guest access
Guests can access the entire home and yard. Garage is locked and used as storage for host's items.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding and needed lots of bedrooms in a location convenient to the venue. The living room/dining room/kitchen open space was perfect for our group to convene the beds/baths were perfect for everyone to get ready. Summary: My family stayed at wonderful house last week for 3 nights. 5 adults; our adult son was running in the nearby full marathon. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. All appliances worked great. The beds were extremely comfortable & the bathrooms had heated floors & toilets. Super quiet & safe neighborhood & Cosmin was a great host. Any questions were answered promptly & we cannot say enough good things about him.

Summary: We needed a place to share with extended family. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of seating. the bathroom floors were heated, a lovely bonus when it’s cold and rainy. The beds were warm, fresh, and comfortable.

Summary: We live out of the area and the family in the area don't have the room for a Thanksgiving gathering. This house worked well for us. The beds are very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The TV had many options for movies, TV programs, etc. The kitchen appliances are contemporary and work very well.
