This modern lake home is tucked away on a beautiful 3 acre wooded lot on the eastern shore of Upper Nemahbin Lake in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
A large private pier is just steps from the back door so go jump in the lake! Or venture out on the stand up paddle boards or kayaks through several connecting lakes. Soak up the outdoors while grilling your favorites on the Weber, relaxing in the hot tub, while watching the kids on the play-set or watch a movie under the stars on the outdoor projector.
The main floor of the home features an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Large sliding doors in the open concept area lead to the outdoor patio, hot tub, and lake access. The office space opens to the living room. The rest of the main floor includes a laundry/mudroom, half bath, & a bedroom w/ an en suite.
The master bedroom is isolated upstairs with a soaking tub & large marble walk-in shower. The rest of the bedrooms are in a separate upstairs area, the in-law suite, newly built above the garage. This area has a sitting area, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an in-home gym.

Summary: This home is spacious and well appointed. It has everything a visitor would need. We found it clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are large windows with incredible views of the lake. We had a very relaxing stay!

Summary: This was, by far, the best vacation rental we’ve ever enjoyed. The property was extremely well outfitted—we hosted Thanksgiving for our family with ease. It’s a great entertaining house, comfortable, clean—everything we needed and then some. The property owner was also responsive and proactive. Highly highly recommend. 10/10.

Summary: It is a real thing! We had a great time on our visit, and it was made even better staying at Nicole's wonderful lake house. She has done an amazing job curating the place and making sure that you have everything you need, and more. The check in process was seamless and the welcoming was so nice. Highly recommend!

Summary: Nicole and her beautiful property exceeded all of our expectations. Her home is very well-designed, and she includes all amenities imaginable. Summary: We stayed at the lake house with our two boys and had family visiting us who lived in town. The house is beautifully done and incredibly well appointed. Nicole has thought of every detail to make this house feel like an absolute luxury and a warm, welcoming home at the same time. The location and lake are absolutely spectacular. There was very little we needed as Nicole has thought of everything, but the few questions and requests we had, Nicole was very responsive to. It was the perfect setting for a family gathering and we hope to return.
