This beautifully renovated home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, family room, dining room, electric fire place, updated kitchen, and lovely patio.
Get to downtown Chicago in 40 min via the Metra or car. The metra station is minutes away walking distance!
Our charming & relaxing home is modern and has a finished basement equipped with a pool table in the basement, with a foldable ping pong table and 55inch TV that makes it perfect for kids to lounge and have fun. All parts of the house is perfect to lounge and relax in, the space is well decorated with a large open space concept in the dining room and fireplace with a family room.
Equipped with high speed wifi, large 65 inch Roku Smart flat-screen TV (made easy for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc), heating, AC, washer & dryer plus 1-car garage parking with space for 4 cars to be parked on driveway.
We also have a fully stocked kitchen with blender, coffee, toaster, refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher. All new appliances.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed and there are blinds in every room.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, blinds, and a workspace.
The 3rd bedroom includes a queen bed and blinds
The fourth bedroom has two twin beds perfect for kids.
All of our bedrooms have the softest memory foam mattresses and fluffiest pillows that makes sleeping its own sanctuary!
-- Pool table in the house is currently unavailable temporarily, we are working on restoring it and will be back available in near future. The upside for that is you now have more space to entertain your guests that can be used for variety of options.

Note : The ONLY outdoor areas of the property is being monitored by cameras. The cameras or wi-fi should always be connected, if lost our connection we require your support to connect them back again. Any violations are subject to fine. This is in place for the safety of our guests and property. We require a refundable security deposit during the check-in process.

Summary: We really loved our stay at this house with group of our friends. This place was just perfect, newly renovated and exactly looked like it is in pictures. The house has everything needed from games in basement to the cozy beds to rest at night. Host was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. Recommended nearby places to explore and we had a great getaway overall. I would stay here again when in town. 10/10!!

Summary: We came into town for a family reunion, chose this property for its location to Highland Park and the Metra stop. We also wanted space for our 3 kids and dog. We have stayed at many other VRBO properties and all agreed this one was not quite up to VRBO standards. The good things: - great suburban location in a quiet neighborhood - great, quick communication with the owner - modern appliances - hot water, great shower pressure - full kitchen, utensils and cooking items The disappointments: - cleanliness upon arrival was subpar. cobwebs and fruit flies in kitchen, dirty bathmats. The house has a strong mold smell. - broken furniture (owner is aware) including the pool table (which was one of the attractions of the property) - extremely dark entryway/ garage area. outside lights are installed incorrectly and non-functional - parts of the house are still being “flipped” and updated. There are holes in the dry wall behind doorways, closet doors off their tracks, no lighting in laundry room, missing blinds in master bathroom, loose electric sockets that cause flickering of table lamps and plug-in lights. Lots of safety issues (especially when it comes to kids and families). Overall, not worth the current price and not “pet friendly” unless they make a fenced-in yard. hoping the owner takes our comments and makes the needed improvements for the next tenants and makes it more VRBO friendly.

Summary: Host was super helpful & insightful to our needs. Our leadership team stayed together for our first time to do some team building. House provided plenty of sleeping spaces, great "separate" spaces and great common spaces. The accommodation worked incredibly great for our group. As an added bonus, the check out process was incredibly easy. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: We came to Chicago for our new Sailor. The house was exquisite. Everyone was comfortable because there is soooo much room. The design is extremely well thought through. I cooked throughout the day and we went to restaurants at night. The sheets were smoothe and all the throws were comfy. The owner was excellent. If ever I was to return, this is where we would stay. Do not miss out, seriously book this house for your next vacation.
