Summary: The gite was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The refrigerator is a good size but there is no freezer. The gite stays pleasantly cool even in very hot weather. There is a small lake for recreational use a short walking distance from the gite. We loved the view from the living area out into the forest. A quiet pleasant country location not far from the nearest town.

Summary: The owners of the property were very communicative before arrival. When we arrived they were friendly and helpful throughout (they live in the adjacent property), in fact, they were excellent. The property is about 20-30 minutes from Schwäbisch Hall and close to local amenities like a bakery, childrens' park, Gaste Haus and swimming lake. Its immediate surroundings are very beautiful, thinking about it makes me miss the place now! Inside the property was clean, modern, well finished and decorated by someone with some passion for making things homely. Overall, it was fantastic, it is as simple as that.

Summary: "Idipfele" is a saying in the local dialect of German that specifically means "the 'dot' of the i". In English, we might say "Cream of the Crop" or the "Cherry on top" to say the same thing. This suits "Idipfele" very, very well. The location is very peaceful. The house was very comfortable for me and my two daughters. While I stayed at this fewo as a homebase to visit friends in the area, I found myself desiring to spend more time at lovely "Idipfele". We will certainly return!
