Summary: The inside of the duplex was very clean and well kept. I didn’t love the location but you could do a lot worse, especially on short notice like we had. Would definitely recommend this place for a small group looking to do anything in the Minneapolis area.

Summary: The duplex was a little rundown, especially outside and the back yard area. There was a husky next door so it was not a good back yard area for my two small pups. I felt safe, and it was close to where I needed to be downtown. My main complaint was that the coolers could not keep up with the heat outside and I was too hot all afternoon and all night. There didn't seem to be a bottom sheet on the main master bedroom..just some kind of gauze covering over the mattress, so I slept in the smaller room. The cooler in the window blew right over my head. It was noisy and annoying. There was nothing to wash dishes with so I left them in the sink. It was a so so stay compared to the other places I have stayed. I didn't contact the owner because the air conditioning (window coolers were what they were and I made do. The price made it okay, but I was disappointed.

Summary: We visited our daughter in Uptown, so this home was a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood with available parking out front. It is an older home, but the updates are good. Well stocked kitchen. Stayed cool in the summer heat. Easy check in and check out. Mattresses too soft for my liking, but my husband slept like a baby! Back yard has a grill, but isn’t really a place to hang out. Great shower water pressure!

Summary: We were in town for a few days visiting family and this was a super comfortable place to come each night. Street parking was very easy to find each night. There was everything we could possibly need and more provided by our host. Highly recommend!
