Positive: good location (metro really close + supermarket + luggage storage), nice and kind of clean appartment stuff was nice - they were really helpfull for the check in

Negative: Bathroom was too small (you can't even seat on the toilet), there was a lot of stuff missing - I guess that's beause the appartment is new. We were in 3 and the third person didn't get the sheets and towels :( we wrote them 3 times but they didn't bring it.. So she slept without sheets for 3 nights (disgusting) There was poop (it looked like human's poop) infront of te main door for our whole stay - they didn't clean it. TV didn't work (there was sound but no picture), we wrote them but without success. Someone before us was smoking in the appartment - we don't smoke so it was not ok..

Positive: Clean inside, comfortable, good location for Finchley Road.

Negative: The host contacted me via Whatsapp in the hours prior to check-in/arrival on a mobile number different to the number on Booking.com, asking for a picture of photo ID. I had to confirm it was the host through Booking.com messaging i.e. to check that it wasn't a scam. Not ideal as already in transit to London and created some uncertainty and back and forth messages. Had I been driving to London alone it's unlikely I would have managed this. The key for the main door was not in the lock box on arrival, so I had to call the host who answered first time and then wait for someone (not the host) to come down to open the door. The main door is accessed through an alley with lots of unemptied bins and strewn rubbish. The shower/toilet is cramped and the toilet seat is not the correct size for the toilet.

Summary: Fine once you're inside the flat!
