Summary: We’ll start with the positive, great location. Negatives… key wasn’t in lock box meaning a wait in the car for an hour whilst key was delivered. Balcony was filthy. No mop, 3 light bulbs had blown, bed and couch are in desperate need of replacing. Be prepared for constant and very loud air traffic noise as unit is directly below Brisbane flight path.

Summary: Location was excellent, close to shops, ferry etc. apartment was very good. Very slippery tiles in shower and bathroom. Could be dangerous! Everything was neat and tidy. We did not receive guidelines to access apartment when we arrived and being 9pm we had to scramble and contact agent by telephone. Access key was in an obscure location.

Summary: We found the apartment very clean and in a convenient location . The common areas are also kept in good condition . I think a more comfortable bed and a coffee maker would have enhanced our experience .
