Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, cozy, quiet, and her host was very friendly. He made sure that we have everything that we needed, that we got into our place okay, asked us if we needed anything and gave us recommendations to all of his favorite places to enjoy while we're here. I will definitely come back next year if it is available. James is a super host! Thank you again!

Summary: The VRBO property was close to Pasadena. It was perfect for our visit. It was clean and very comfortable. James had fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. We will definitely book the property again next time we visit

Summary: Everything about this property and location was wonderful, it was a very clean and nice house with a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to both restaurants and grocery stores, and overall good neighborhood. My family and I would definitely come back again!

Summary: I travelled to LA with my mom and her friend who are older ladies that are very particular and we enjoyed our stay here. Location is easy to hop on the freeways and it was very quiet and safe. They really liked how clean the kitchen was (there were plenty of clean utensils, plates, bowls and pots to use) and we loved the fact that parking was in the backyard area so it felt very safe to go in and out. Host was super accommodating and communicative. We would love to stay here again when we come back to LA. Thank you!

Summary: Fit the bill for our group! James kindly let us park there before check in and the cleaning person let use the bathroom before we went to the game as well. Very nice.

Summary: Nice comfortable accommodation. Used as a base for Santa Anita, Disney and Universal. Good communication with host. Close to Old Passenda which is great for bars and restaurants. Can’t fault the accommodation had everything needed with lovely comfortable beds.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at this place. It was perfect for our needs. It had all the amenities that we needed, the bed was comfortable and it was nicely decorated. James was very communicative and responded right away if I had any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Pasadena. Highly recommend!
