Summary: This was our second time renting this house and like the first time, we couldn't have been more pleased. No issues at all. The place was very clean, plenty of supplies, accessories. Michelle was quick to respond with any questions. Enjoyed sitting out back, either on the deck for coffee or around the fireplace with drinks. Would recommend this house and we'll be looking to rent it again later this summer.

Summary: We were in Raleigh for NCAA tourney. Property was as advertised. Comfortable neighborhood. Downtown was very accessible but you were clearly in a neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay for our group.

Summary: There was no hot water during our stay. There was warm water that lasted about 8-10 minutes before it was gone, makes you wonder how clean the bedding and towels are.It took 2 phone calls and a text message before someone finally got back to me about the water issue and it was never resolved, we took luke warm and cold showers the entire stay. It's an old house so the floors creak very loudly. Something to consider if you are sensitive to loud noises. The beds were comfortable and the internet worked well. The tv in the living area did not work, even after we changed the batteries in the remote.

Summary: This house is very well organized. Very clean. Plentiful supplies and dishes. Beautiful setting, backyard is wonderful. Michelle was quick to answer any questions we had. We will be back and we actually booked this house for future trip to Raleigh.

Summary: While the property met expectations, the junk fees remain at pandemic levels. At nearly 500 per night, I feel the value for money wasn’t there. My stays elsewhere at this price level on VRBO had double the floor space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and lot size. Very nice stay, but terribly expensive IMO.
