Positive: The Ranch House is in a rural area with surrounding buttes. Home was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Property contact was helpful and friendly.
Negative: Directions to the property are sketchy. No signage on the access road where that road meets Highway 89. Signage where driveway enters access road has different name than "Ranch House" name. Make sure you try to find it before dark!
Summary: The Ranch House is a great place to stay while in Kanab.

Positive: The home was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. Very nice floor plan and so much natural light. Incredible views from every window. Out of town but a short and scenic drive to everything. All photos are accurate but don't capture the incredible location so well.
Negative: Minor points - There were no lights on outside or inside upon our arrival. As this is a rural area, it was very difficult to find our way to the home and to the door. A light left on inside and outside at the front door would address this. The home was extremely cold when we arrived. The heaters are only adequate after about 24 hours. For this time of year (we stayed Dec 27-31) I would suggest heaters should have been turned on well in advance of our arrival to address this. First night we were very cold in there.

Positive: We enjoyed many aspects of our stay. 1: the communication goes to get to the location. This was especially important as we arrived after sundown. 2: the location between the hikes we wanted to do as we hiked Kanab and Page. 3: the kitchen had everything we needed

Negative: It was late and dark when we arrived so it was a bit hard to locate the property but it was as described.

Positive: It is a beautiful home! Very clean and well furnished. Loved the seclusion of the property.
Negative: We didn't find a house manual with like instructions for the heating/cooling or location of the remotes. Some games or a deck of cards would be a nice addition.
Summary: It worked well for the 4 of us having our own sleeping areas and we looked forward to returning each
