The Farm Haus is professionally managed by Digs Co. | Vacation Rentals. Our boutique, full service company is committed to providing stellar guest experiences and raising the bar for the vacation rental industry. Our Guest Services team is available to answer questions from 9am-5pm, and confirmed guests are given emergency contact information for after hours needs.
Tucked away in the Nelson Preserve within Suncadia, the Cabins at the Farm development is the newest addition to the area. The quiet neighborhood is an ideal location for a remote getaway, but close proximity to dining, shopping and outdoor adventures.
This Scandinavian modern cabin meets ultra comfort with high end furniture from West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel and more. Our guests have plenty of space while experiencing one of Suncadia's most sought after views of the natural preserve. Enjoy watching elk graze across the meadow, enjoy a meal dining al fresco or gaze at the night sky while taking a soak in the hot tub. Families and friends, alike, enjoy the game room and tons of activities locally!
Accessible via car, it is highly recommended to have AWD during winter months.

You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers:
-Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
-Ice Skating near the lodge
-Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
-Tubing/ Sledding hills
-Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
-Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)
- Basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, biking trails
- River access
Restrictions include:
-Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
-Suncadia policies prohibit all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

- Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

Summary: When we arrived the first thing wrong was we couldn't get in the door! So we had to leave the front door unlocked our entire stair! As the lock system was not working correctly! When we locked it it would not unlock! The main bedroom comforter was dirty! Uncomfortable stains! Which we did not make! No other bedding for this room for which we could re-make the bed. Main bath shower would not drain correctly! Guest bathroom sink would not drain at all! My husband fixed for us to use for pretty sure it's going to not work again! Not one handle or anything for an elderly guest! Soap's, shampoo's not secure. Some of the kitchen items not clean. House does sleep allot of people and garage area is very cool! But would not recommend.

Summary: The house was beautifully appointed. The kitchen with high end appliances and everything we needed to accommodate many large appetites and diverse requests. The laundry room was large and pods and dryer sheets supplied. The hot tub and game room were wonderful. The separate guest suite allowed one family to be separate yet nearby. The inside doors need to have some WD40 on the hinges and the lock on the front door was a not difficult to negotiate.

Summary: We had a great time staying at this place and look forward to doing it again. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed, including the kitchen. The company was very communicative and responded very quickly with any messages I sent. Great company to rent from!

Summary: This cabin was so spacious and beautiful, the loft above the garage provided a nice retreat for people traveling in groups. The home had everything we needed and the location was very picturesque.

Summary: Well appointed, nicely stocked, great escape for our group of 9. Cooked most meals in the home and it had everything we needed. It's a rarity to have a place with enough towels when you mix rental property/kids/hot tub, but we had more than enough. I'd highly recommend and will likely return.
