Summary: The area was unique we loved the area., house could use a few more items to make it easier to prepare and clean up.the only dishes we found were plastic and couldn't be put in microwave and looked funky after the dishwasher. Only one Tv in whole house and one couch only to watch tv for a family of 4 or 5 is difficult. No dressers in 2 of rooms nowhere to put toiletries out in bedrooms and rooms.the downstairs bathroom had the space but only a tub.lots of room downstairs but No Tv that was a disappointment.

Summary: Greatly enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s in a rural, hilly area near the Appalachian trail a few miles down an unpaved road from Highway 9 and about 10-15 minutes from Cold Spring. The air conditioning worked marvelously during a record breaking heat wave and everything else was comfortable, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and otherwise exactly as pictured and described. Would stay there again if we were to revisit the area.

Summary: I stayed here with my family, and we loved it. The house was tucked away further from the main road than we thought it would be, but it's a beautiful and peaceful location. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This is a brand new property, built seemingly to be a rental. It is bright, clean and attractive, and Bill was very easy to communicate with. The check-in, check-out was very simple and they accommodated our request to check in early. It could be made even better with some minor modifications. The house is sparingly furnished and equipped with only the basics. There is not much seating in the living room and it’s a little tight to have 3 rooms sharing a single small bath on the main level. I’d recommend adding a couple of comfortable chairs to the living room and cotton sheets in place of the synthetic ones for the beds. Perhaps make the lower level a designated sleeping area with better access to the nice bath there. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and easy access to Cold Spring.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Bill and Mary's property. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the area that it is in is beautiful. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and moved to the hot tub when the temps got too cool by the fire. We loved the seclusion of the area and were able to get to a grocery store within minutes. We also spent time in Cold Springs which is adorable and just a short drive away. We didn't have time to jump on the Appalachian Trail during this visit, but one could easily hop on the trail from the home as it is literally a short walk away. We would definitely stay again!
