Summary: We had an amazing stay at this property. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with friends. Highlights were evening fires with beautiful sunsets over the water & morning coffee on the peaceful back deck. Location was perfect a quiet drive to Cavendish!

Summary: When we arrived at “The Privateer” we were flabbergasted, as our niece’s choice of accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 10 and the accommodations were phenomenal. There was absolutely nothing that we needed. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen was stocked with everything one might need. I.e. Oyster gadgets, lobster pickers and even a burner and huge pot to cook a feast fit for a king or queen, even a cupboard filled with games. The grounds were well maintained with an assortment of beautiful trees and shrubs. The outside fire pit area was close to the shore with stairs to gain access to the water. During our stay we were able to observe a parade of lights and fireworks directly from the deck. We were in close proximity to many of the tourist attractions, yet our accommodations felt very private. Our only complaint would be that we had only booked for three nights and should have stayed a week. The owners have thought of everything that a family would need to make their vacation getaway memorable. We will be back again to this “PEI Oasis”
