Summary: We made the mistake of booking our stay a day short. Realizing last minute in the middle of the night when we arrived back. J was quick to reply and worked with us to book another night and get us back into the apartment. Great location for visiting Cincinnati

Summary: This is my second time booking with J in Covington. Love the location, never felt unsafe, so close to activities in both Cincinnati and Covington/Newport. J is great to work with, fast to respond to messages. The condos are clean, beds are comfortable, and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Summary: My husband uses a motorized wheelchair and a Hoyer lift and this apartment was perfect in terms of space for our special needs. Additionally it's located in a lovely area in Covington, walking distance to anything you could want to do, see or eat in the Covington area. And believe me when I say you want to get empanadas from the Empanada Box around the corner. It's about a 15 minute walk to Roebling Bridge which has a walkway into Cincinnati.

Summary: This stay was perfect for our family of 5 and our small dog. We had plenty of room for everyone, necessities for cooking / washing clothes, a dog park out front and downtown Covington is right at your doorstep. Summary: Our stay on Banklink was just as advertised and just what we needed. The walk to the stadium was doable. The parking was great. The communication with the owner during the months leading up to our stay was great. The few small issues we had after check-in were taken care of immediately.
