Summary: I know this was a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but there was hair on sink tops and in tub. Beds were poor with very poor pillows and sheets. This was the middle of December and the only thing on the beds were crappy sheets and thin coverlet. When I asked about extra blankets, the manager was accomodating, but all they had were what looked like twin sized mattress pads that looked like felt packing blankets. Will not stay there again. This hotel is not modern at all.

Summary: Very kind owner, willing to listen to feedback for improvements. really like the triangular shower tub and bathroom design, gives more elbow room, BUT the door needs to be changed. When bathroom door is swung in, it blocks access to over half of the tub. I suggest a folding closet door type , or a door that disappears into the wall. Also the refigerator had no control. It did freeze bottles in the freezer compartment , which is good. BUTI it froze other things on the shelves. Microwave needs an upgrade. one stairwell was too hot. Elevator was broken. Only given one set of towels, and they were not refreshed for my 2nd day. nice and quiet, felt safe. No breakfast, but did have coffee. reasonable price, and so easy to find by I-39

Summary: The hotel was very clean. The hotel was experiencing problems with their HVAC but our room's air conditioning worked great. Room was very comfortable. The room felt up to date and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised given the problems with the HVAC and the number of people staying at the hotel for events in the area. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.
