Vistamar nestles on the side of Monte Pedreguer, affording fantastic views of mountains and coastline. Though in a tranquil and elevated position, it is easily accessible to the coast and all the major towns and resorts in this stunning area.
With a brand new kitchen this year, and refurbished, the property is very light and airy. All bedrooms, as well as the lounge and sun terrace face across the valley overlooking the town of Denia and across the mediterranean. offering views across La Sella (famous for its golf resort), Montgo national park and other mountain ranges and foothills. Vistamar offers a modern home-from-home.
The communal pool is around 50 metres away and was completely retiled and refurbished in 2016. It has shower facilities, and lots of space for loungers and sunbathing. It has the same outstanding vista as the property and due to the elevation has a welcome cooling breeze. There is an allocated parking space directly at the front of Vistamar with just a few steps down to the front door.
The entrance opens into a small hallway leading into the new kitchen, shower room with W.C. and the large open lounge diner, off of which sits the private sun terrace.
Down the stairs to the lower floor you will find one double bedroom, with fully fitted wardrobes and a small balcony overlooking the view. Next to this is a twin room also with fully fitted wardrobes and views across to Denia. A fully fitted bathroom, spacious landing and storeroom with washing machine, loungers, outdoor chairs and other holiday essentials complete this floor.
All linen and towels, and beach towels are also included.

Summary: We spent unforgettable holidays there. The rental is perfect, all what we need was available. The area is really wonderful, montains and sea at the same place. The swimming pool is really clean. Roger and Linda are kind and helpfull. They answered all our questions quickly and clearly. We will probably be back for our next holidays in Spain.

Summary: Just wonderful….lovely location, peaceful and relaxing. Area was beautiful and the accommodation was comfortable and homely. Roger and Linda were superb hosts and accommodated all our needs with ease. I can’t thank them enough for allowing our stay to be the true break in the sun we needed after such a turbulent year or so. The facilities in the place were ideal, had all the necessary items at hand so we’re able to enjoy some well needed days at the beach. The local neighbours especially Frank and his wife were lovely and very welcoming. We enjoyed a few evening outs on the balcony with a chilled glass of wine, looking over the stunning views.

Summary: My son and I lived in the area for many years and stayed at Vistamar for 12 nights in order to catch up with family and friends and also to enjoy the annual fiestas in the local town of Pedreguer. The property was exactly as described and we had everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I spent many an hour on the terrace looking at the wonderful views of the mountains and the sea as well as entertaining family and friends. I would highly recommend this property for anyone needing a base to relax or to explore the area and I would not hesitate to book this property again.
