Positive: It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Place was much bigger than expected and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again especially for the price!
Negative: There could have been more pans and pots to cook with. There were no baking sheets.

Positive: Modern, bigger than expected; very clean. Had everything you need to cook in the kitchen and a grill on the balcony. Bedroom had a huge walk-in closet. Only about 4 blocks to walk to Link light rail.
Negative: Very little parking but we only had a car 1 day; was easy to use the Link to get downtown and to ferries and airport. Air conditioner was leaking but owner communicated daily about it and tried to get a tech there. Nights were cool so not a problem.
Summary: Wonderful stay and would go back.

Positive: Location was central to many things in Seattle. Style was nice and modern. Comfortable size for 2 adults and 1 child. Easy enough access, but parking was a bit challenging. Good instructions on a how to access door and property. Beds were comfortable.
Negative: HVAC upstairs leaked. Owner was responsive and said he had that issue serviced the week prior and technician had apparently not fixed the issue and apologized. Love the recessed lighting and look, but needs dimmers - they are VERY bright and that is your only option.. Especially since there are no drapes on some windows - feels like your in a fishbowl at night in the stairway hallway without window covers and lights on. Needed blackout drapes in sleeping areas because blinds don't quite close all the way. Dishes and silverware were dirty. Spent time hand washing everything. Grout was dirty in bathroom floor. Felt like the basic amenities were sparse. Not enough towels (3 large and 1 or 2 mini hand towels). Would have been enough for each person, but we had to use one for HVAC - so just having some extras in the drawers would have been nice. Tea jar had only one tea bag in it and it was open. All said, our stay was short and it met our needs. Great bones, felt a bit pricey given the circumstances. Could be amazing with a few changes and little more polish.

Positive: The townhouse is modern and clean. It is only a couple blocks walking distance to get to the light rail. You can then get on the monorail and get downtown Seattle. The host was very helpful and prompt in responding.
Negative: I’d suggest bringing an air mattress if sleeping more than 3 people. Parking is not convenient. I was a little apprehensive about the neighborhood when pulling up, but it is Seattle. Booking.com stated it was .2 miles from climate pledge when in fact it was about 20 min away.
Summary: I would still stay here again.

Positive: Very nice place. Close to restaurants and coffee shops and the One Line.
Negative: If I had to pick something I didn’t like it would be the pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place though. I think if someone was wanting to sleep on the ground floor maybe bring an air mattress.
Summary: Fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.
