Single-family villa for exclusive use with private swimming pool immersed in the greenery of a park of approximately 10,000 square meters, with panoramic views of the Majella and the sea. Located in Frisa (CH), it is 10 km from the Trabocchi beaches, 40 km from the ski resorts and 2 hours by car from Rome. The villa built in a contemporary style has a double bedroom in open space, a twin bedroom, a sofa with two beds in open space, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room and swimming pool for exclusive use surrounded by lawn. Furniture and design finishes. Integrated in a particularly suggestive rural context under the landscape profile.
There is a stereo system with piped music, CD player, DVD, bluray, TV and 100 'projector with home theater system.
The house is fully fenced and privacy is protected by high vegetation perimeter of the land.

Summary: Cinzia and Tomasso were wonderful hosts and took such lovely care of the beautiful villa. We had such an enjoyable stay and the surroundings were peaceful, serene, and the home and property was immaculately maintained. We were welcomed by Cinzia and a generous welcome basket filled with pasta, three bottles of wine and freshly baked Italian cookies and homemade marmalade. Our family holiday was the best ever, we cannot wait to return!

Summary: No other word then our headline exactly describes this vacation. We had two wonderful weeks with perfect weather, in a perfect house, with a perfect garden and a perfect pool, perfect beaches and perfect sightseeing spots. As many reviewers already said before: the Abbruzo region offers so much possibilities to experience the real "Italy" far away from any mass tourism. In addition to that, coming back to Villa Emilio after a wonderful day of sightseeing, feels like being in your own little paradise which was so relaxing. The landlords of the house take care of the vacationers from the first minute and offer a full concierge service for free. Whether it was a reservation for dinner, information about sightseeing spots, information about parking possibilities, organization of tours in a winery, etc. One WhatsApp message was enough and minutes later you had the perfect answer/solution. Dear Francesca and Tommaso, thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday. I am very sure we will come back to see you again in the near future.

Summary: We can agree on all the comments writen before. We saw the pictures of the villa when searching for a holiday house and could not believe that this is real. We did not know the Abruzze before and decided due to the look if the house. When we arrived and the door opened we were really absolutely overwhelmed. The fantastic huge garden area with the pool and the stunning architecture of the house was really fabulous. And Francesca and Tommaso are such lovely people, they did everything we might have needed and introduced us to the beautiful area of the Abruzze. It was really everything perfect and fantastic. A highlight was also the dinner with both of them on our last evening. We have 2 new friends now and can only absolutely recommend villa Emilio for holiday in paradise. Summary: This was our first visit to Villa Emilio and Abruzzo. The villa itself is surrounded by olives trees and vineyards - a haven of peace and tranquility - with views to the mountains beyond. The house itself is truly special: modern and comfortable, it is pristine, well cared-for and spotlessly clean. It offers everything you could possibly need and more. Sadly, our holiday was only a week and we would have loved to have been able to stay longer! As if the setting, the house and the lovely pool were not enough, the owners, Francesca and Tommaso, gave us a wonderful welcome and it is largely down to them that our holiday at Villa Emilio has been unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to give recommendations or advice on places to visit or restaurants and local specialities to try and so on - Tommaso particularly is very keen to introduce visitors to his little-known and very unspoiled region of Abruzzo. Francesca and Tommaso were charming, kind and genuine hosts - yet, at the same time, never intrusive. The area attracts very few foreign tourists and is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss the chance to have a delicious meal in wonderful surroundings on a traditional trabocco (fishing jetty over the sea) - fresh fish in a beautiful spot over the waters of the Adriatic - we had a lovely evening - thanks again to Francesca and Tommaso! Great pizza at La Berlocca, wonderful ice cream at the Copa de Dora, and the neighbouring vineyard of Collefrisio is also worth a visit. I feel like we have just scratched the surface of Abruzzo - but we will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Summary: We did not believe the pictures were real, but it is so beautiful as the pictures are. The villa is more than beautiful in the natural area of the Abruzzen. Summary: This was our second stay at magnificent Villa Emilio, our first stay was in 2012. Our children are now age 2 and 5 and they absolutely loved it - so did my wife and I again. The house, pool and garden is fantastic - it is as good as it looks in the pictures. The sourrounding area is also fabulous, wtih a nice town and beaches in Ortona and further along the coast. Francesca and Tommaso - thank you for a lovely holiday. Everything from greeting us at the airport to delivering pastries to the boys:) Highly recommended!
