The home’s interior was designed with modern luxury in mind, filled with unique Italian furniture and lustrous ceramic white flooring. Use the misting fans while lounging by the pool or cooking on the outdoor kitchen. Wind down at the end of the day on the rooftop terrace and enjoy the spectacular view of the water. This home is the perfect home for your next vacation!

The Space:
This luxurious mansion sleeps 16 and boasts a master suite that will take your breath away. Complete with double sinks, walk through shower with rain shower heads, large soaking bath tub, and massive walk in closet. This home is fit for entertaining with a chef’s kitchen equipped with modern appliances, automated blinds, gas fireplaces, theater room, Creston music and lighting panel, beer tap keg & more.
*One small bedroom and the garage are currently off limits. This is where the wiring for all of the smart electronics in the house.* There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Guest Access:
Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

There is a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter available for rent during your stay with a chauffeur. Please inquire within!

The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County ordinances, we can not allow any street parking due to this property being a vacation rental. There is also a noise ordinance in effect starting at 10pm every night, so please remember to remain respectful of all our neighbors after this time.

Summary: The home is spectacular. Better than the photos even. Just a couple minor issues. We checked in for a Thursday-Sunday stay and I'm not sure if the home was occupied before our arrival but all the garbage cans were full to the top. Plus the TV's were hard to program and I even had 2 IT guys staying there for the weekend. Still 5 stars though

Summary: Property was better than described. Home was absolutely immaculate and ready for us with all of the essentials. Natalie was fantastic, extremely communicative, and beyond accommodating. She met us at the house when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. My thanks to the owner for making the pool nice and warm for our trip. A very special house and can't wait to come back next year!!

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful property for Spring Break April 2023. We were a family of adults, teens and small kids and it was perfect for everyone. Close to las olas, close to the beach and great amenities. Management was more than helpful!!

Summary: Overall we enjoyed the our stay, but it could have been better. The house is beautiful inside and out, as is the pool. Very clean and everything is up to date. However, very loud at times - next to a main road, construction across the street. A number of issues when we arrived (no hot water. Multiple sensors and detectors beeping due to low batteries) . Property manager was very helpful and sent someone who took care of everything- but we lost our first night of vacation dealing with it. And too much communication needed to turn on the pool heater - we paid extra for it and had to bother the property manager every day for the owner to turn it on and keep it on. That was frustrating.

Summary: Great communication with management as we kept fine tuning our stay. House was immaculate and location is ideal. Beach and every great restaurant and store is within a 10 - 15 minute walk Fantastic pool and hot tub. Every single thing in this house is high end. They reached out to us prior to arrival to tell us they could be flexible with check in and check out times which helped as our departure was pushed back 4 hours. Did not want to leave. Thanks for having us!

Summary: This home was the ultimate dream. Communication with property management team could not have been better. Every room in the house was phenomenal - from the decorations, space and layout. Despite it's size, it has a very homie feel. Can't wait to go back!
