Summary: The property was as advertised. Everything was clean/tidy and in working order. It did NOT have those run down sort of issues that you see in some rental places. I would definitely comeback!

Summary: This property is an outstanding base for White Mountain activities. While you are so close to many hiking trails and dining options, the cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a large plot of land in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Everything about the property shows the care and attention to detail provided by the host. The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed. The living area is furnished with comfortable couches and modern décor. Plenty of room in the bedroom closets to hang clothes and store luggage. The large Smart TV is perfect for unwinding after a long day in the outdoors. The shower is wonderful and the washer/dryer combo make doing some laundry a breeze. Visiting in the summer, we really appreciated the outstanding air conditioning which worked so well. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Annie’s cottage is the perfect place to spend some restful days in the NH mountains. All the amenities you could need are supplied. Super clean with a huge yard. Beds are very comfortable. Close to both the Mt. Washington auto road and the Cog Railroad. Don’t miss the Gorham Moose Tours, less than 10 minutes away. Highly recommend Annie’s cottage!

Summary: This was the nicest home away from home we have rented. Annie was extremely helpful. If she didn’t know answers, she shared contacts who did. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We hiked many beautiful trails, collected rocks, checked out some antique stores (bought some local maple syrup) and drove to Maine for fresh lobster. There are plenty of local restaurants. A Walmart is ten minutes away. Our kitchen was fully furnished and we enjoyed most of our meals relaxing at home after a day of adventure.

Summary: Even though we came up for the eclipse, the stay was very nice! The house was clean and comfortable, the host thought of so many nice touches! We hiked nearby and enjoyed the town of Gorham and the train up Mount Washington. All was very relaxing and a wonderful getaway!

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The weather was too cold to do most of the activities we had planned, but since this spot is such a gem, we didn’t feel like we missed out. The property is the perfect amount of secluded from town while still being close enough that we didn’t feel isolated. We were able to cook dinner in the kitchen (which was stocked!) as well as cozy up on the couch with a blanket and watch the snow fall. Annie is a gracious host, and responded quickly to our questions, although we didn’t have many—she really had thought of everything a guest could need. Could not recommend this place more for a romantic getaway, and we hope to return soon!
