Positive: The apartment is about 5-7 minutes walk from the station of two metro lines, there is a parking space within 1 minute walk from the house. There is a grocery store on the corner. In addition, the apartment is a short walk from one of the places we also wanted to see - the heating plant designed by F.Hundertwasser. We can get to the city centre and Schönbrunn by metro without changing trains. The apartment itself is small, but quite sufficient. More spacious living room with sofa bed, comfortable for sleeping, dining table, wardrobe. The room is beautifully bright. The windows face a side street, we didn't notice any noise with the windows closed (there is some, but I'm writing about the busy wider city centre). The windows go well blacked out for the night with curtains. The kitchen is within the hallway, basic equipped, with a dishwasher including plenty of tablets for it. Lots of mugs and glasses, but also plenty of plates. Bathroom with toilet, sink and a smaller but sufficient shower - XXL people might have a size problem though. That's not us, good for us. Bedroom is small, bright, blackout for sleeping with a roller blind. Since we had kids sleeping there, for me the bed would be very soft, I prefer a harder bed. The arrangement was flexible, we received detailed information with photos, which helped us to find our way around without any problems. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
Negative: If I should point out something, it's that the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator - ok for us, we knew about it, we don't mind going. If I try very hard to think of something, then maybe I could use one bigger pot in the kitchen to cook pasta - we managed with what was there though (it was also cookable for 4 people). Basically there is nothing to complain about.

Positive: The apartment is located in an old multi-storey building, which gives it a special charm. You can find everything you need as short as long stay. The hostess Maike is very kind and she explained everything we needed and was always available. So Maike, thank you very much.

Positive: Location is fantastic, free parking is great and just in front there is a tram station and subway is 10 min walk. Apartment is great, spacious in building from the monarchy when they knew how to make buildings.
