Positive: I already knew this apartment, and it's a great base for the excursions we do with my group. It has parking for cars, is near the station, and is in the center close to bars and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped, with a kitchen and laundry room, very convenient for all guests. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
Negative: Nothing. The owner improves apartment any time.

Positive: It was very nice hotel! The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well-equipped, so I felt like I was at home but with all the amenities you usually find in hotels. The service was top-notch – very professional and helpful. Even though it's an apartment-style place, I felt like I was in a traditional hotel because the staff really went out of their way to meet all my needs. The location is great too – close to major tourist attractions and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Additionally, despite being in a popular area, the apartments provide peace and quiet, which was a huge plus. Everything was incredibly clean, both the rooms and the common areas. The whole stay was an absolute pleasure, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and professional service all in one! The contact with the owner of Moderne Ferienwohnungen was very pleasant and professional. From the very beginning, when I had questions about the booking, the owner quickly and efficiently responded to all my messages. I felt really well taken care of, as all my requests were accommodated, and the communication was seamless. The owner was very open to any suggestions and made sure I always felt in good hands. Additionally, when I had a few minor questions during my stay, the responses were immediate, which made it much easier for me to relax and enjoy my time. This is definitely another reason why my stay at this place was so special!

Positive: This spacious apartment seems to be recently renovated and had almost all we need. The host was very friendly and easy to contact, in particular, about the keys and the amenities of the town of Göppingen. While the apartment is in rather quiet blocks, it is in a 5 min. walk from the center of the town and in a 3 min. walk from the train station. There are a lot of places to visit in Göppingen and around, especially for kids and for people interested in the German history. In Göppingen, I would recommend the museum of the Märklin toy factory (mainly model railways), Barbarossa-Thermen, and a little zoo. The town center is very nice and has good restaurants. The area is at foothills of Swabian Alps with a lot of options for hiking around, for example, a forest road to the hill of the remains of Hohenstaufen Castle (the full hike requires some endurance, but there are nice views over the valley also in the middle). In several train stops, there is better preserved Helfenstein Castle, also with spectacular views and Ödenturm nearby. Stuttgart with more museums and historical places is easily reachable with several trains per hour. If I have to find something that could be improved, I would say that one or two additional table or floor lamps with soft light could be helpful for the late evenings.

Positive: Easy to communicate with the owner. Appartment is very big with enough space. There are 7 separated beds which was great for our group of 7. We didnt use it a lot, but kitchen is well equipped.
Negative: Nothing to say. I can just recommend appartment.
