Summary: This apartment was very clean and comfortable. The set up with the only bathroom being an on suit and the bunk beds being in the hallway was unusual but still very comfy. There were doors on both sides of the hallway for privacy in the bunk bed space. We only stayed for one night so for our purposes it was great. The cleanliness and comfort of the area far outweighed the minor inconvenience of the bathroom. The rooftop deck was comfortable and Publix was a very short walk. The only complaint I had was finding our apartment. When you pull into the parking lot there are multiple buildings so you don’t know which one is yours. It would be nice if they put a big building number on the backside of all the buildings.

Summary: This property is right across the street from Publix -it was so easy to walk across to pick up a few groceries. Everything was well taken care of and worked. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The two bunk beds were fine. We were there with our adult children so we did not mind that the only bathroom was inside the only bedroom. It was a little tricky to find the driveway the first time (it is narrow and right next to a small house) then it opens up to the small parking lot and the building with this unit on the 3rd floor. We could have walked to several places to eat and it was an easy drive to downtown. We were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Summary: The place was great, especially the location. Near a park and right across the street from Publix grocery (came in VERY handy). Very clean and the communication with staff was outstanding. The only drawbacks - wouldn't recommend for more than 2 adults 2 children, and the only bathroom is in the bedroom, so everyone has to go through there (more of an issue with kids at night). Thanks for the stay!

Summary: Very nice place. Super clean (which is the most important)! Bed was crazy comfortable (also important)! We had 4 adults with one bathroom. (Not ideal) It would be tight for 6 people. There was only one small mirror which was in the bathroom. When 4 people are trying to get ready to go out, that's not ideal. An inexpensive full length mirror would definitely be helpful for a group trying to dress up and go out.

Summary: I would stay here again. It was very clean very centrally located and once we got in, it was easy to access with lots of parking . However, there were several things that could make this place a lot better when we got there the code did not work. We got there at 9 o’clock at night And we could not get in till 1130. It was very hard to contact or access anyone from VRBO or the good Night management I was stranded in the heat In the middle of the night with two kids, it was Very stressful. Good night management should check to see if all of their guests are checked in or not and if somebody isn’t checked in, they need to be readily available until they are I could not contact anyone, one of the phone numbers that was listed to contact was no longer working. Once we got in the place was very clean and very nice however there were zero things like toilet paper, soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, dish towels, paper towels, and trash bags. I had to go purchase all of these things. I don’t know if house cleaning for that particular unit just forgot to put all that in it I’m not sure, but that was definitely a negative. But besides all that the place is really lovely and I contacted them again to see if I could book it for another stay that I have in the future. they sent me a rate that was twice what it was this time around the actual taxes and cleaning We’re more than the night stay. This place has potential of being a really wonderful rental,

Summary: This was a nice, clean, apartment. It was a short Uber to downtown, and there is a Publix right across the street for anything you need. A Thai restaurant and a hot chicken place were just up the street. A yoga place and a juice place were walking distance. We were there with our young adult children, and they had to go through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom. This didn't work great as they stay up later than we did. It seems like a better setup for those with little kids. Overall, that was the only thing we wish were different. It was a lovely stay. For those with mobility issues please note it is on the 3rd floor, but we didn't mind the exercise.
