Negative: We were expecting a designer hotel but what we found was a very conventional room that had issues with the AC. The owner tried to help but it was rather ridiculous that everything had to be sealed shut in order for the AC to work, Also because the owner has so many different responsibilities and is only at the property in the morning, it was difficult to get problems resolved.
Summary: It’s an ok facility but don’t expect a designer spa.

Positive: The female staff member Farina? Was really helpful with my dietary requirements, organized dinner to be delivered and shared the dietary requirements with the staff managing breakfast so I had good breakfast experience.
Negative: I was on foot not driving and found the Google directions in foot didn't take me to the road, found a difficult step access through a hedge. Perhaps better street access for walkers?

Positive: The place is very nice, everything's looks new and good maintained and was clean. The windows are sound-proof and provide a nice isolation. Air conditioning works fine and lighting is soft and cozy. The pool is a nice extra touch to relax. Breakfast was not excessive but better than many other places. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. For sure a nice place where we'll come back if we can :)
Negative: Not really bad points just some small details that could be easily fixed - shower had no shelf for soap to be put on - shower leaks through the door, as the sealing was missing in some points and not perfect in others - while the windows are sound-proof, the door is not and you'll hear cars driving on the road - mattress was with spring (that's a little outdated) as most facilities are now opting for foam/silicone
