Summary: the room service was amazing! the food hot and delicious! unfortunately, the housekeeping was horrible! stayed 4 days! got housekeeping once! they made the bed (sloppy) replaced towels took garbage! nothing else! did not vacuum or wipe down anything! it was obvious, no one has wiped anything in a long time! I bought Lysol wipes and cleaned my own room!

Summary: We had a problem with heat in room. Thermostat wouldn't regulate right. Had to have maintenance replace a part while we stayed there. We were told by maintenance that the room wasn't supposed to be on the list to book.
