Positive: Located 1 block from Metro, lots of food under the apartment building. Clean & newly renovated 2 bedroom with 2 queen bed in each room. Not complete in kitchen utensils & bathmat, but they keep on adding new stuffs. Very comfortable. Owner let us in before check in time due to my wife's health. The only thing was going in & out after 10pm, a bit far & dark going through the rooftop garden. Will come back.

Positive: The location was great, walking distance from Nanjing Street. The restaurants and convenient stores are around the corner. The staff was very helpful and very quickly respond. The place felt like home very cozy and homie.
Negative: It wad quite hard to go up to the room when you get back after 10 pm but once you find the way, it is very easy.
Summary: Loved the place, def. coming back if I'm going back to Shanghai

Positive: Excellent location to people square and capital land - raffles city , lot of food options . Bed sheet and towels are very clean Owner is very prompt in reply and helpful . I get help almost instantly .
Negative: The cleanliness of the place is not well kept , dusty areas under the sofa and corners
