Negative: Complicated check inn. Apartment was other than on photos. Apartment on 13th floor and after 2 meters next house window ) Second bedroom without window.

Positive: Spacious and modern. Good parking . Very hight tech , may be more than necessary...fingerprint garage door etc. Location on permanent traffic jams on Av. Abraham Lincoln. Clean and nice around.
Negative: We stayed there 2 times . Both times apartment is not same as on photos. Check in is complicated , communication errors. !! You have not contact with host !! Only contact is front desk security with poor English. View to another house wall ( 2 metres )) . Second bedroom had not window.
Summary: Good, not bad. Overall positive.

Positive: "We really enjoyed the play area and pool – perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our experience even better."
Negative: We were really looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but were very disappointed to find that there was no hot water—only cold.

Negative: I don’t know if it’s Monaco or booking but besides the 224$ for 2 nights I’ve been charged twice the 200$ guarantee so 400 $ and I’ve received back only 200$ . I hope this gets solved!

Positive: It was a great property and centrally located. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm and professional. The only issue was the staff were working on our AC in the 2-bedroom we booked when we arrived, so they put us in a 1 bedroom for one night. Although this was not ideal, they did a great job communicating with me and they moved us upon our return on the 2nd evening. We were pretty easy going, so it didn't bother us. However, when we did move, the 2 bedroom was massive. We were beyond happy and it was worth the wait. We will absolutely stay here again upon our return.
Negative: N/A Everything was nice. The minimart was not opened yet, it would have been nice to have that option.

Positive: Beautiful all white floors were a big hit with my fiancée. The view on the rooftop was amazing and you can grill food up there!
Negative: Being required to wear one of those wristband things like at a nightclub. The jaccuzis don’t really work. King size bed would make it 10/10.
Summary: Excellent I will stay there again. High class and secure.
