Summary: Wonderful location and charming setting. Very, very nice management and reception. The old Victorian house hase been renovated a few years ago but is maintaining a good level of refinement. Some of the rooms that look over the Ocean are just amazing! Do not expect too much from breakfast: coffee, a bagel, and some chopped fruit.

Summary: What can I say, this place is special. I have stayed twice now and feel so welcome and at home here. Katrina, the innkeeper, always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and I love the quiet solitude of the grounds, while still close to the bustle of downtown. I come solo and enjoy every time. Will stay again!

Summary: What a lovely spot on the edge of the ocean. The property needs some updating. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom and peeling paint on the exterior. Otherwise very charming.
