Summary: The staff are outstanding in a 5* character property with outstanding attention to detail. Close to lots of shops and resturant’s even though the best food was at the hotel. We originally booked for 7 days and have just extended the stay as we enjoyed it so much. Will definitely return

Summary: Gorgeous hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, stunning pool and spa. Loved everything about this hotel! Just know that it’s an uphill walk to get there from the town center.

Summary: It’s impossible to praise this hotel enough! What an amazing experience, from the care and concern after booking, to check-in and the attention to detail throughout our stay. The location is good, not too far to walk to local restaurants in Cortona but far enough to be tranquil. The hotel is spotless and well appointed. However what makes it an experience not to be forgotten is the staff. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant to bar are amazing. Fantastic !!

Summary: Fantastic hotel, all of the staff are excellent and made the experience even better. The views from the hotel of Cortona are incredible and we wish we'd booked a longer stay. The rooms are immaculate, clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities follow in the same vein and are so nice you almost don't want to venture out into the town.
