The Sensorial Spa features sauna, steam room, aromatherapy, an indoor heated pool (25€ per 2 hours for adult - children under 16 years old are not allowed) relaxation rooms, treatment rooms, we recommend to book it prior arrival directly with the Spa Team. 24-hour open Gym. Personalized training sessions can be booked, for a surcharge. Children between 5 and 12 years old are welcome at the on-site Kids Club available every day (during high season). Guests may book activities like jeep safaris, hiking, standup paddle and mountain biking with an additional fee. The hotel is a 60-minute drive from Faro International Airport. It is only a 20-minute drive away from several beaches in the Portimão area, and a 15-minute drive away from the nearest golf course.

Positive: Great value. Superb room. Buffet food was fabulous and staff lively. Couldn’t fault it.
Negative: The electric car charger required an app and a minimum amount of 30 euros on the account so we didn’t use it. Contactless payment for charging is much better.

Positive: Very comfortable room/bed, quiet and dark. Good showers and bathroom amenities. Excellent breakfast and dinners. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't use the spa facilities, but had an excellent detox massage.

Positive: Nice large clean rooms , excellent breakfast
Negative: Food in main restaurant was so poor it was inedible. Sent dishes back and alternatives served were equally bad, if not worse. Front desk promised to investigate but when we checked out seemed that nothing has been done. Luckily plenty of good restaurants a short drive away.
