Positive: The staff around the pool are all lovely and it's a really great asset to he hotel. We had a great day there. The rooms are generous in size and I love a low king bed. The gym is also great.

Negative: While I appreciate the need to be environmentally friendly, I don't get servicing rooms every 3 days. At the least, the coffee pods need replenishing and the bed made. Also, the kitchenette has nothing in it, not even a tea spoon to stir coffee. A few basic utensils would be helpful.

Positive: the view is outstanding, breakfast lunch and dinner are fantastic. The staff is super nice and helpful. even die rooms are outdated and kind of not so clean we are coming back .

Positive: Front desk and car valet staff excellent. Room large & comfortable. Complimentary coffee outside of exercise room ( that you need to stumble across).Outstanding location!

Negative: Beautiful pool—rude pool staff. Mondrain water given at checkin disallowed with a nasty comment . When I attempted to move from a lounge without a cushion to one with a cushion, a burly pool attendant rudely stopped me saying he was reserving it for another guest. Cigar and vaping smoke blew in my face. Ugh! The pool was an all around horrible experience.

Summary: As long as you aren’t interested in a pool—an enjoyable 3 day stay!
