No expense has been spared in decorating this lovely Plan Four Montage Estate. There are spectacular mountain views in this private walled and gated community close to great restaurants, the polo grounds, several public and private golf courses and, of course, shopping. Costco is just a mile away and the famed La Quinta Farmers Market every Sunday in the Old Town is a 5 minute drive. The home has soaring and coffered ceilings throughout and fireplaces in both the great room and outdoor patio. The lavish master suite has an oversized soaking tub, dual sinks and vanities and a walk-in shower. The owners love to come to the desert whenever time permits and for this reason, they paid attention to details usually reserved for an owner-occupied property but seldom seen in rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything including a Belgian waffle iron. Nothing is missing in this kitchen. All of the rooms have flat-screen TV's with upgraded cable packages. There is a Playstation for games in the den and a terrific mystery/thriller library. There is an attached casita/suite with a private entrance and courtyard. The yard faces South for maximum exposure to the sun but there are shade trees and patio coverings and umbrellas if you've have enough. The salt water pool and spa have a tanning shelf so you can soak in the pool and have shade if you wish. Sit outside late into the evenings and BBQ or just relax in one of the many seating areas. You can definitely enjoy the 'Life of Riley' and forget about shoveling driveways and sidewalks--even for a little while.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our stay in Indio at this wonderful home. The home is very spacious and it is well appointed with everything you might need to have an extended stay. The pool and backyard are very well maintained and its a great place to be outdoors with family. The home is in a nice gated community and we enjoyed our daily walks around the neighborhood. Location wise, its conveniently located close to all that La Quinta has to offer (even though the address is technically in Indio). Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Summary: We rented this house last year for the first time and we were very impressed! The location is near great eating choices, golf courses and easy access to shopping. The house accommodated our entire family which consisted of 6 adults and 2 children – we had plenty of private space and room to move about the house. The house is safe and decorated beautifully. We had everything at our fingertips and felt like were at our very own home. The amenities to the outdoor space are ideal too (pool, hot tub, firepit, lawn area for the kids to play…just to name a few). The management staff is very professional and accommodative. We look forward to renting this house again this year!

Summary: We stayed here over Christmas 2013 for a week with our family. This home exceeded all of our expectations. There were 8 of us including our adult kids and grandma too. We spent many hours in the hot tub, pool, sunning on the patio, bbq’ing, and drinks around the fire table in the evening. As well the huge dining room table seated all of us for turkey dinner. Backyard space is completely private, and a great spot for morning coffee in the sun. The house is in a great location and easy to get to. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There was lots of room for everyone – beds, bathrooms, couch space, and we never felt tight for space. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Bruce and Joanne for sharing your home with us. It was a great Christmas.

Summary: We have rented many times from VRBO in different vacation retreats In Canada and the US. This was the most superior home we have ever stayed in. Impeccably clean with attention to detail throughout. The complex is immaculate and secure and a pleasure to walk through in the mornings. The Owner's agent was excellent to work with and very responsive. Great pool and outdoor living area. Check out the Polo nearby!
