Summary: We couldn’t have found a more perfect house to spend a week in Montauk for my niece’s wedding. The views take your breath away the minute you walk in the door. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious and has a magnificent kitchen. I’ll cherish the memories we made each night sitting by the outdoor fire on the deck. Jeanine and Josh were readily available and the cleaning service was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

Summary: The property is more beautiful in person than in the photos graphs. The views are amazing from sun up to sunset. Shrimp boats in the morning, sail boats during the day and early evening and the sunsets are spectacular especially sitting by the beautiful outdoor fire pit. The kitchen has everything, the linens are great quality and the beds very comfortable. This home also had everything you need, bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs, ping pong and pool tables and a PacMan machine!!! 9 adult women had plenty of room and we loved this house! No complaints, it was perfect!

Summary: This large modern house right on Block Island Sound is an oasis on the point. The property manager is responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice. The furniture is comfy. The equipment in the game room needs maintenance and updating as does the audio/video/internet hardware. The large fireplace and ample supply of wood kept us warm when we lost power in a freak spring storm. The house itself is well-stocked and the kitchen is a dream. I noted that the door to the outside from the basement suite does not open and there was leakage from one of the large ocean-facing windows in the dining room when it was raining. All in all we had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely go back.

Summary: This was our first family holiday since the beginning of the pandemic, and we could not have asked for a better setting. The house is very spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with everything you could ask for. It's just a short drive from Montauk and enjoys access to a small private beach. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck and the cozy fireplace, but also made use of the grill and the beautiful kitchen. There is also a billiard and pool table in the basement and bikes in the garage, which offered a few hours of entertainment, and TVs galore. I can't think of anything we didn't like about this house, and the only note I would make is that it would, perhaps, not be suited to families with very small children due to a lot of sharp corners and stairs. We all left feeling refreshed and happy to have made the trip. If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape, this is your place!

Summary: Fantastic home at a great location. The property is exactly as pictured with a beautiful view of the sound. Comfortably fit our group of 8 people and could fit 12 easily. Had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.
