Positive: I enjoyed vey much. Staff, services, landscape...all great!
Negative: It was very warm (summer in Alentejo) and a minifridge in the room would have been very useful.
Summary: I was looking for a peaceful (but comfortable) place and this was just perfect.

Positive: Food was exceptional, the facilities were great, and even better the other guests were amazing! Dare I leave out the horses. They made sure my husband did well for his first four rides haha. We loved ChouChou and Dom Quixote. The owners were tremendous as well; we appreciated them accompanying us for lunch one afternoon.
Negative: Nothing. There was zero displeasure.

Positive: We loved everything and the spring time beauty was exceptional. Our room was comfortable and we appreciated the honor system in the living space. The dinner and breakfast was delicious and enjoyed how it was put out and we served our selves. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Negative: I would have enjoyed better lounge chair covers and towels.

Positive: Comfy and silent rooms in the middle of Alentejo close to Evora. Plenty of space to walk / bike around the property. Pool and Jacuzzi with fantastic view. Electric car charger available at the property. Special mention to the Sauna with view.
Negative: It was a short stay and because I have to write something in the box I would say the breakfast could be more creative and more appealing.

Positive: Small hotel - not many clients. Architecture and decoration is great. Staff is super friendly. Surroundings are amazing - the fields, the lake, the horses. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
Negative: The breakfast is below expectation - eggs were overcooked and variety was low (bread, fruit, cheese, etc). Should pay more attention on decoration details - you cannot charge 300€/night and then use small IKEA furniture (glasses, mugs, etc).

Positive: We loved every second of our short stay here. Friendly staff, fantastic room, great pool and hot tub and delicious food. The views are just fabulous. The horses here are exceptional, the equestrian facilities are amazing and all the staff are so knowledgeable and welcoming. I will come back to ride next year! I can’t wait!

Positive: This is hands down the best resort I've been to in Portugal. Wonderful middle of nowhere, super calm, with breathtaking views. It offers amazing opportunities to relax both by the pool and on the terrace, as well as through activities (I have no experience horse riding, but I've been just fine with the hikes, canoeing, and cycling). The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Also, I loved how everything is available 24/7, just trusting guests to do the right thing. The 'Honesty Bar' is a fantastic idea, and since I'm more of a night creature, I also had a great time relaxing in the sauna at midnight on my own, with a panoramic view of the night sky :-)
Negative: The only thing that could use a touch of improvement is the food and wine, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, just slightly uninteresting (especially the breakfast). But the only thing I actually disliked was not being able to stay for longer, and I'm certainly going to be back soon!
