This spacious home is ready for you and your group year-round in scenic Scottsdale, Arizona, near charming Old Town Scottsdale. The fun details throughout the home make this a hip and modern spot for your vacation! Fresh and updated, this comfortable house has plenty of room to spread out and lots of entertainment options!
Hang around with your friends and famly in the open living room connected to the dining room and updated kitchen. A large sectional sofa is perfect for relaxing. There is a beautiful decorative fireplace by the game/dining table and modern art throughout. The large dining room table converts to a ping pong table and pool table! There is also a shuffleboard table and large screen TV in this area as well - enjoy fun and games! Then gather around the table for mealtime with friends and family.
The kitchen has an island, new appliances and modern finishes. It is fully stocked for both indoor and outdoor cooking - just bring your groceries!
The private, fenced backyard features a covered patio with dining table and seating area, gas fire pit, heated pool and built-in BBQ tiki bar area with additional bar seating. Pull up a lounger chair and relax around the pool - heated for free during the colder months. Check out the fun disco pool lighting once it gets dark! There is also a putting green to practice your short game and an orange tree -- squeeze your own juice!
Two hallway bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The first bedroom features two twin beds with soothing colors and the second bedroom has a queen bed and television.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser and television. The bedroom has a flex space with a twin daybed with a trundle that is separated from the master sleeping area with a sliding barn door. The master suite has a large bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk in rainfall shower with multiple heads and private water closet. The master bedroom opens up to the backyard.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the attached garage - garage is perfect for golf club storage! Parking in driveway or on street. It is a quick Uber ride from the airport or to Old Town Scottsdale!

Summary: The house was very cute and slept seven easily,. Loved all of the outdoor seating by the pool and the pool chairs! The house had plenty of towels for showering and pool towels. All of our questions were answered quickly. The house was a quick 8 to 10 minute drive to all the activities we did in old town Scottsdale. None of the Ubers had any trouble finding the home. The home was in a nice neighborhood that felt safe.

Summary: Our family of five (including 3 older teens) had a great time. House came as advertised, really easy to manage well organized and a great set up for family games and spending time together,. Location was ideal for lots to do around Scottsdale. Would consider renting again in the future.

Summary: This may be a duplicate… My husband and I stayed over the Christmas holidays with our adult kids and explored the Phoenix area. The location of this place is ideally located to get anywhere. The accommodations are ideal and nicely appointed, even better than the pictures show. We were looking forward to using the pool but was a bit too chilly. But nonetheless we used the fire pit and BBQ and enjoyed the stars. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Summary: We stayed 4 nights over the Xmas season. It was my husband and I and our 3 adult kids. The 3 BR 2BA was very nicely appointed and even nicer than the pictures show. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the back yard is a beautiful oasis, it was a bit too chilly to jump into the pool but we did bbq and enjoyed the fire pit. I’d highly recommend.

Summary: The property is great! It has everything that you would need during your trip to Arizona. We especially enjoyed the putting green in the backyard (putters and balls supplied) as well as the pool table. The only downside to the property is that you cannot check in until 4 pm and you have to check out by 10 am.

Summary: For your awareness, master bath shower faucet is broken. Also there is no lid for the soap dispenser in the dishwasher. Basically just cross it in the bottom.
