Negative: The apartment was old, lack of maintenance even the doors for the balcony were not working properly and also the telephone/land line not working. Staff was not friendly even not available to help.

Positive: Size of the room. Very calm place to stay.
Negative: The kitchen floor was very slippery. The music in the pool not what we expect..should be more lounge music and not kizomba. The music in the bar/ restaurant also not adequate. The food could be better.

Positive: The location is nice, the view on the mountains and the lake is awesome. Outdoor pool is very good, gym is very good for a hotel gym. There is a sauna, which could be hotter, but still quite good. The food was nice and tasty. Our family enjoyed staying there.
Negative: The room with a lake view is a bit scam as it was not THAT lake but a small pond instead so it's not wroth paying extra for that. All eqipment near the pool is very old or broken, no showers neither near the pool nor in the sauna (all showers are out of service except the only one with two options - hot water and very hot water). Sliding doors in the rooms are quite old and it's very hard to open/close them. Mediocre variety of activities, so it could be a bit boring to stay for a long time there. There is a trail along the lake bank, but the access is restricted in the evening.

Positive: Beautiful location next to the lake!! Rooms are amazing with beautiful views. Indoor and outdoor pools. Perfect for families, kids or just a few days of relaxing.
Negative: Food at the restaurant could be way better for the price. They try to make traditional dishes look fancy and sometimes it just goes wrong like in this case. Gym has good equipment, however many machines don’t work, lack of maintenance.
Summary: We stayed 2 nights and overall it was a great experience
