Summary: We loved it here! Felt like time traveling a bit, while still having some newer amenities like adjustable bed, TV, nice big shower. The room was so cozy and I loved that we had a physical key for our room. Please never paint this place white!! The natural wood is so cozy and made us so happy! We will definitely be coming back here!

Summary: The room was nice and clean. there were flies comming in upstairs but that is truely typical of a house of this age. The owner had asked us to pay a couple of taxes that were not listed in the price (not sure it is ethical/legal/moral) - they close by 9 or you have to pay a $50 late fee A fee - no food was availible unless you arange ahead of time. over all for a B&B style experience I was ok wth it.

Summary: All good - only complaints are the beds are too stiff for sleeping, same with the pillows. Other than that everything was great. Staff very sweet and accommodating. Had to leave early though since I got sick, but would recommend this place to others.

Summary: I can not speak highly enough about Monterey Inn! What a great place to stay and relax! Our room was so comfortable and big! Dual adjustable king size bed, heated towel rack & Bathroom, huge walk in shower! The owner was so wonderful and accommodating we truly felt at home! Only an hour away from snowshoe. The views on any drive you take are spectacular! Will definitely be back to the Monterey Inn!
