Positive: The best holiday apartment experience ever! A huge thank you to Stasha for her care and hospitality. She truly made our stay special! We stayed on the third floor of the house. The sea view is incredible! The terrace is offering stunning sunsets and sunrises over the bay. The house has a cozy yard with a garden and a barbecue area. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Old town and the local market are only 20 minutes away. The apartment was perfect for our week-long stay during New Year holidays. It’s warm even in winter, but there are heaters and air conditioning too. The space is bright, cozy, clean. The kitchen deserves a special mention — it’s equipped with everything you could ever need. Love cooking? You’ll find literally everything here. Plus, comfortable furniture, soft blankets, clean towels, laundry supplies — they’ve thought of everything. This was our best experience staying in a holiday apartment.

Positive: Location is near to the beautifull beaches and the apartment is cosy with a beutifull terace. Lady who is taking care about the property was really amazing, very kindfull and carefull...we got a fresh fruit after comming into apartment, kitchen was fully equiped with all apliencies .

Positive: The most noticeble about this apart is the view: it's really stunnig and this could be the main reason to stay there) I'd like to mark a very friendly, helping and kind host Stasha. Our early check-in and late check-out was arranged with no problem. She was so nice to give us a lift to the bus station on the way back, but of course this should be treated as not a mandatiry service, but a good will) We arrived on Sunday and Stasha was so kind to buy some food for us, since supermarkets don't work on Sundays. We stayed at the end of November - beggining of December. The heating worked, we didn't freeze. All necessary is there: home appliance, TV, air conditioner, dishes, linnen, bathrobes, warm blankets, washing powder, etc. The bed is super comfortable, we had a great sleep) A little supermarket is at 7 min's walk, as well as a little pekara and a couple of bars. You can get to the Old town in 20 min on foot. To Igalo - in 25 min by bus # 1 or 2. The only thing I'd advise to the owner is to rennovate a bit the appartment - this would pay back) We felt at home there and didn't want to leave this place)
Negative: A very cosy place, but a little renovation is needed to make it just perfect

Positive: This house runs by very kind and hospitable family. It’s not another apartment, it’s a place where you can feel like you are at home. You can find good equipt kitchen, comfortable bed, even books in English. When I had some questions the landlord answered very fast. When I asked for an early morning checking she even drives me to the bus station. Ideal!

Positive: Separately, I would like to mention the hostess. If I could rate it above 10, I would. She helped my wife with everything. Bought groceries before coming. Helped with transfer to the airport. Helped with a visit to the doctor. And many other things. Thank her very much! The apartments are clean, equipped with everything you need and are close to the sea and restaurants.
