Large 4 bedroom villa with a big private swimming pool.The villa is on two separate floors.On the first floor there are: two bedrooms (one triple room and another room with double bed),bathroom,kitchen, dining room and big terrace with sea yiew. On the second floor there are: two bedrooms ( one room with two beds an another room with double bed),bathroom,kitchen,dining room and balcony with sea view.On the upper side of the villa is a swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful greenery.Villa have two garages.In the garden is stone BBQ.The villa is situated on the hillside over Boka Bay in the small quiet village of Podi. Excellent for families with children. Located 10 minutes away from the city of Herceg Novi.The nearest market and local bar is on 500 meters and the nearest beaches is on 5 minutes drive from villa.

Summary: We loved our stay at this villa in Podi. We had a rental car that made it easy to live in this beautiful villa. The owners were very nice and helpful. They had a nice and clean pool that we enjoyed every day! We can absolutely recommend this villa!

Summary: A lovely house with a fantastic pool and great views from the balcony. Really lovely owners who clearly care about your stay. You need a car, parking near beach not easy and you can't walk. Great local shop and friendly bar. Nowhere is far in Montenegro. Budva nice but busy. Kotor lovely, Perast also lovely and much quieter but parking hard, kotor nice and shady and quieter in afternoon, park on right in car park next to beach as you first come in to main bit, nice bar/cafe next to sea. Lake Skadar beautiful do a boat trip. We did Budva and Skadar in one day as near each other. Dubrovnik near but can be long waits at border. Enjoy the house and country. The drivers are mad! Summary: The house is located in the hills above Herceg Novi. Magnificent views of the outer part of the Kotor bay. It's placed outside the touristic area, in an "authentic" neighborhood. The property is very private and beautiful. The two floors are fully equipped independent functioning units where two families can live separately - and/or eat together at the nice space around the common BBQ, with grapes hanging from above! We were two families of four and five, and the place was perfect for us. The pool is well sized (ca 6x3m) and the pool area is very private. You need a car to reach the beaches, but it's a short drive (Herceg Novi is 5 minutes away). Ivanka and Zoran are very forthcoming and pleasant hosts! We'd certainly come back! Atle Fretheim, Norway

Summary: Nice relaxing family holiday. The villa was very clean, spacious and well maintained. Great outdoor space - a good sized pool, barbecue area and several areas/balconies to just relax & enjoy the view - which were pretty stunning! The owners were friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. There was a nice little bar less than 10mins walk away, great spot to enjoy the taste of the local wines/beer & most helpful staff when booking taxi's to explore the local nightlife in the nearby town. I would recommend this property and would suggest you hire a car to fully explore the local beaches, mountains and towns.

Summary: We stayed with two families (total of nine persons) at Villa Uros for three weeks and we enjoy our staying. It is for nine persons very wel suited and the pool is very nice and has the good size to swim in it. The owners are very friendly people who give great hospitality. It is a stay for people with or without children who wants to relax and have a beautiful view to the sea. The beach and the sea is nearby. On a scale of 1 to 10 villa Uros deserves a 10. It is really a great place to spend yoyr holidays. Yours sincerely, Family Waanders and Family Bökkerink from Holland I can recommend everyone this villa.

Summary: We have spent 2 weeks in July 2014 in villa as first visitors. Beautifull and tidy accommodation, clean swimming-pool and nice garden. Very kind and friendly owners! Ideal for 2 families with children. Really perfect choice for summer holliday!
