Sleepy unit with fantastic views in close proximity to the entrance of the Colorado National Monument. The unit is 1/2 of a duplex and sleeps 6 with room for a couple more if needed. This unit is popular with visitors as it is next door to the Lunch Loops trails and one can access the trails directly from the property. Summary: Great for dogs. Very clean and easy access to trails and views. Owner was responsive and helpful. Will stay again!

Summary: I appreciate that they accept pets, that is our most important consideration. Cleaning was OK, not what I would call up to professional standards, my wife noted a spilled substance in the refrigerator that had not been cleaned. Great spot to stay if you want to ride the Lunch Loops trail group. A trail extension is in progress that will put a trail just on the other side of the back fence. Completion expected in 2025. until then you will ride the road with non-existent shoulder about 1/2 mile to the Lunch Loops lot. The photo of the outside of the unit on the website description is of Unit #1, not #2, which is the one we rented, and is to the left of the photo. Unit #1 appears to be either a long term rental, or owner occupied. The double carport on Unit #1 is a nice feature if you need to work on your bike or motorcycle out of the weather. Also, there is a water hydrant here. The driveway entrance is difficult to find after dark, and requires care as there is a drop off on the left side of driveway entry which could easily swallow a car tire.

Summary: A basic accommodation, but fantastic views of the National Monument and surrounding area. An outdoor lovers paradise. Basically backs onto the Lunch Loops and the Colorado National Monument. Super convenient location to eateries and groceries just down the road. 15 mins from the airport. Thomas was a great host and managed to meet my fragrance sensitivity requirements. Would highly recommend.
