Car parking is off street in the car parking bays opposite the property.
Please also note - There is a security camera at the entrance of the property - looking out from the garage to the driveway and road access.

Summary: We were a little shocked when we arrived And The picture displayed online was not where we were staying. Instead a very steep decent to The guest house with luggage in The rain proved to be a little tricky. Spa was great! No real kitchen just a sink/laundry room. The plug in hotplate didnt heat up after trying to cook bacon And eggs for over 20 mins we gave up. Wouldn't recommend trying to cook or prepare food here. If weather permitted you could use bbq. It Was too wet for us and not undercover. Only very basics available. Place was very clean And accommodating with towels And linen.Overall feeling was not very warm And inviting but ticked the basic boxes. Probably wouldn't recommend as a small family or a long stay but maybe a couple for a really short stay. Vacuum And Drying rack for clothes Would of come in handy.

Summary: Such a Beautiful place to stay and being in a gated community it was very peaceful! The spa was a highlight and allowed us Beautiful and relaxing view of the stars in the night sky! Perfectly located to allow easy access to Portsea, Sorrento and also to the Red Hill wineries. Of course not forgetting being sooo close to the back beaches! Highly Recommend!!

Summary: Nice quiet location; even though it backs on to the golf course there is still a good level of privacy. The kitchenette is adequate for shorter stays. Centrally located to many of the great attractions of the Mornington Peninsula. Loved the spa pool.

Summary: A lovely property and overall relaxing stay. The hot-tub was beautiful and house was clean. A friend and I stayed and she reported the main bedroom was lovely and comfortable. The single bed in the second room was unfortunately extremely firm and I woke up sore 2 out of 3 days. Otherwise a lovely home and getaway.
