Moonbeam Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs vacation home just a block up from Lake Pepin. The loft-style bedrooms catch the beautiful first rays of sunlight every morning (Don't worry! We provide dark curtains if you want to sleep in!). The condo is comfortable, modern and relaxing after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block.
In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living room, there's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, firewood, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay.
Moonbeam is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a particularly large group and would like to book parallel accommodations. Moonbeam itself is connected to an adjacent 3-bed condo via smart lock, and together become Sunrise Condo, which is also listed and available, so please send us a note if you are interested in larger accommodations as well. Airbeds available with small fee.

Summary: The unit we had was up a steep set of stairs which difficult to get luggage up. Curtain holders are all loose or falling out. One room had no AC and had to leave the door open. However the condo was clean, washer and dryer was great. Having a full kitchen and refrigerator helped. Cable w/ Roku was easy to connect up to. Place was a block away from the lake and Ingalls Museum.

Summary: Very comfortable for 5 senior women. Wish we could have stayed longer in order to enjoy the kitchen and living space too. In Pepin for a birthday party.

Summary: My friend and I had an excellent midweek getaway trip to Pepin. We met up at the lofts to leave behind one vehicle and then spent the day exploring Pepin and environs. We each had our own comfy beds in the moonrise loft which was clean and well stocked - even had a full spice rack and coffee. Hostess was very good in her communications and we would recommend to others.

Summary: At first there was some difficulty finding the place but when we did we were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful property and a much needed getaway. It was wonderful.
